Punishment for RAPE!

In USA, there is 7 years rigorous punishment in law for rapists but we know that there is one woman being raped every 32 seconds and all rapists never get punishment. Even if rare persons get, it is reported that after release, 95% of them again commit rape. Now if you were the judge, and someone rapes your sister or mother, will you want that after release the same person again rapes you sister or mother the chances of which are 95%? Answer, i am sure will be No. Then what punishment will you give to him who raped your mother? Death Punishment, will be the answer if you have any ghairat. Then why do you call 'muslims' "barbaric" when they give death punishment to rapist While you doing same thing? Why is this double standard? I want to tell non muslims that we muslims alhamdulillah love our mothers and sisters and we have ghairat. We will give rapist death punishment if he rapes my mom or your mom. You non muslims may leave the rapist and let him rape other peoples mothers and your other sisters, we will not leave him even if you call us barbaric. We love our mothers sisters wives and daughters.
